今日2013/11/9因蔣家小孩與台北美國學校求學退學事情, 電視台大幅報導.
相對地X天電視台也報導個人也可在金錢架構下向移民公司申請購買第二國護照,
進入美國學校的一個門檻。(因為並不是所有美國外僑學校可以採用!),
再來就是其申請金額幾乎架構於一萬五千到六萬美金間,
更有甚者達台幣600萬到一千萬間.
您若不是經濟家或是金融家, 不適避稅逃稅用的或是海外開戶用的.
我們的見解是: 何需花大錢還不一定可以進入就讀呢?
因為各學校有其基本門檻:尤其是台北美國學校、台北XX、、、台中、、、
根本家長花了大錢還進不了學校就讀呢.
業者的合約不就是利他條款, 您要辦一本或全家, 他們都歡迎.
但確實是: 可以接受的學校和您想要讓您子女進入就讀的學校, 是一樣嗎?
還是很籠統地說: 可以就讀外僑學校或是美國學校呢?
因為台北美國學校TAS, 可不是桃園美國學校; 也不是台中美國學校,
更不是他們說的其他學校喔!
介紹一下我們中華民國外交部領事事務司的網頁所寫!
我國僅承認依據一般國際法，即以出生或實際居住達各國法定期限
之歸化方式取得之外國護照，對持以其他方式如投資或價購取得之
外國護照申請簽證，我國駐外館處原則不予受理。
換句話說:
目前中華民國境內所有移民公司所辦理的公民護照,
或任何一國的護照都無法取得簽證, 相對的也就是無合法非法所論述!
但移民公司總是希望能全家辦理所謂的”公民護照”或是”控股護照”,
或是”商業護照”好讓學子唸書或讓事業有成的人士到海外開戶!
但海外開戶這一條路, 在去年也已經被香港、中國、新加坡所拒絕!
畢竟黃皮膚持黑色人種護照加上該國又不是英語系國家、、、、
每個學校的基本的入學門檻, 在他們的網頁上:

TAS再來的門檻:
The categories in order of priority are as
follows:
- At least one parent is employed
by the American Institute in Taiwan.
- At least one parent holds USA
citizenship.
- Both parents hold non-USA foreign
passports. Parents born in the Republic of China (ROC) must be able to
prove residency in the country of their foreign citizenship, having lived
in the country of their citizenship or in another foreign country for a
minimum of five years.
- One parent holds a non-USA
foreign passport and one parent holds a ROC passport. Parents born in the
ROC must be able to prove residency in the country of their foreign
citizenship, having lived in the country of their citizenship or in
another foreign country for a minimum of five years.
- Both parents hold citizenship
only in ROC or have acquired foreign citizenship but are not able to meet
the expatriate residency criteria noted in categories 3 and 4. Please

基於學校的使命和董事會的政策，被認為是合格的學生入學TAS根據以下優先系統概述。
該類別的優先順序如下：
- 父母至少有一方是由美國在台協會僱用。
- 父母至少有一個持有美國國籍。

Additional Residence Documentation
Required
The intent of Taipei American School
is to serve expatriate families. A determining factor of a
family’s expatriate status is the
citizenship of the parents. If a parent was born in the host
country but has foreign citizenship,
then we require documentation of living in that country or
another foreign country for at least
five years. Given the rigorous requirements to obtain a
USA passport, this requirement is
waived for parents holding USA passports. We consider an
expatriate family one that has made a
commitment to live and work in another country. We
would anticipate that the members of
the family have established themselves in this foreign
community. Passports obtained simply
through business involvements with a foreign country
will not be considered to support a
parent’s expatriate status at TAS.
The following documentation,
translated into English, should be provided to support a parent’s
expatriate status for application of
your child to Taipei American School:
A. Notation of host country exit and
entry dates with a tally of the number of days
outside the host country. Information
provided should include month, day and year
of entry and exit for the host country
passport and month, day and year of entry and
exit for the passport of the foreign
country of residence. Please submit this with
“in-and-out” record
the original passport of the host country and your foreign
passport that was current during the
time you lived outside the host country.
If a parent is unable to obtain the
entry and exit record from the host country or if this
documentation is deemed insufficient,
the following documentation should be provided to
support a parent’s expatriate status.
1. Foreign income tax returns for the
last five years reflecting sufficient income to
support a family.
2. A letter from the parents’ places
of employment stating the type of work performed
and the dates of employment overseas.
3. Immigration papers indicating date
of immigration.
4. Five (5) years of school records
for your child, if applying for grades 5 through 12,
or a proportionate amount of school
records if applying for kindergarten through
grade 4.
5. Bank or credit card statements that
reflect residency and use in a foreign country.
Please note that no change in
expatriate status can be made until the proper documentation is
